A year ago the site sat on page five of Google (average position 55.9). Today it averages position 8.3, page one. Every metric that has history is up on both last month and last year. Average position is better when the number is smaller, so a drop is a win.

02  /  Discovery Funnel

The Custom Quote page is the discovery-call page, a HoneyBook form, now connected as the source of truth for real inquiries. That means from here on the numbers reflect true reach-outs, not guesses.

03  /  Posting Rhythm

Posting Goal Tracker

The sweet spot is 14 to 21 posts a month. Drag the marker along the Instagram band to see where the month landed.

Instagram 9 posts in July
071421

9 posts. About two thirds of the way to the band. Good momentum.

Facebook 13 posts in July
071421

13 posts. Just shy of the band, a strong and consistent rhythm.

Nine Instagram posts is real progress, and it still pulled over 8,000 views on the top reel. A few more posts each week and you land right inside the sweet spot.

The HoneyBook form is an embedded iframe, so Hotjar cannot see inside it, which means clicks on the form itself are not captured. The tracked clicks cluster on the header and around the edges of the form.

07  /  The Plan

Top 3 Moves to Grow Traffic and Leads

Pulled straight from this month's data. These are the highest-leverage things to do next, aimed at the ultimate goal: more traffic and more inquiries.

1

Rewrite the titles on your page-one pages that get seen but not clicked

The Scottsdale page was seen 1,803 times but earned only 6 clicks, and Chandler was seen 912 times for 1 click, both already sitting on page one of Google.

Why: They already rank. A stronger, more clickable page title and description captures the clicks they are positioned for with no new ranking work needed. This is the fastest traffic win on the board.

2

Push the page-two pages onto page one

Phoenix (936 impressions, position 15.7) and Paradise Valley (312 impressions, position 13.1) are close. A focused title and meta rewrite plus a few internal links from the Gilbert page can move them up.

Why: Anything near position 25 or better is almost good enough in Google's eyes. Real impressions are already there, so the demand is proven, we just need to climb a few spots to unlock the clicks.

3

Cut friction on the Custom Quote page to turn more visits into leads

50 of 235 visitors reached the quote page (a healthy 21 percent), and they spent nearly 4 minutes there, but the HoneyBook form is a big ask. Trim the form to the essentials and make the next step obvious.

Why: Traffic is up across the board, so the leverage now is converting more of it. Fewer fields and a clearer call to action is the proven lever for lead flow, which is the ultimate goal.
